#Litha #vegan #permadiary #Permaculture #Observation #Mushrooms #Wormwood - ☽ ✧ - Δ - ✧ ☾ - A midsummer permadiary recording in Australia, 2018, showing... the progress of fauna flora. With my white horned stag that I put together and lush greens, I'm really looking forward to my Wormwood evergreen and footbed filling out. A potted May pole has its long ribbons flowing across moon garden. Here is a mashup of moon garden photos some at different stages of my Litha gardens. Meanwhile the Rhubarb is starting to promise a large sweet harvest in the Rune garden. From chapter 'Vegan permaculture' Under my Moon garden windows hues of blue, purple and white stand out among the green with towering Cat grass rushes, Bushy Rosemary, Avonview Lavender, Homestead Lavender, Chrysanthemum, Snow cloth asylum, White Snap dragons. In the corner the Chinese wisteria starts to tower up the wall with Blue Periwinkles and carpet of Lemon thyme. Along the wall, a young angel trumpet is reaching up, Petunias, Lambs ears flowering with white Petunias nearby and the arrival of random wild mushrooms. A potted variety of Succulents whilst purple waves are spread along a dividing fence backed with rooted bushels of Vietnamese mint. A solar fountain, a Venus pentagram star and white horned stag... Towards the front I have a couple of rooted Elderflower trees, more understory Borage, potted Peppermint, Boston Ivy, Witch Hazel and evergreens of newly rooted and planted Wormwood. Boston Ivy, Evergreen Wormwood with a newly planted rooted Elderflower, which has a protective ring to stop pesky Indian Myna birds from ripping the young tree out from the roots like they do. About European Litha and Midsummer Litha or Midsummer is ethnically European and also referred to as Alban Heruin literally means Light of the shore in Welsh. Litha is ethnically european and part of the ethnically europeans blood. The name Litha is of Anglo-Saxon origin. The Anglo-Saxons called June Ærra Liða and July Æfterra Liða. Ærra more literally translates as "before" or "preceding", while Liða, or Litha, is often thought to represent Midsummer. The Old English adjective liðe means "soft, gentle, meek, mild, serene," while the verb liðan means "to sail."
My Litha Rune garden with; Rhubarb among Gazanias, Borage, Wild nature given Dandelion, baby Curry tree, and a spent Rosemary. Whilst across the yard a packed guild of Meyer lemon tree, Elder flower tree, Comfrey under storey, Snow cloth asylum and carpet of Marjoram climbing up the guild fence.
